Every city has must visit places. For the tourist city of Vladivostok usually starts with a central square area. Besides monuments and view of the city here stands other local attractions – the White House – building of the regional administration.
You can feel the soul of Vladivostok at its quays and legendary Millionka. Some might call it slums, but I would say that this is an old Vladivostok.
